This planter was created on my potters wheel and trimmed the next day to add texture on the bottom. Holes where added at this time as well. Once completely dried it was fired to about 1900 degrees. After it cooled it was glazed with a variety of colors and fired again to about 2200 degrees. Once cooled I knotted the macrame cord to create pattern adding a few wooden beads. This can be used inside or out but should be brought in for extended periods of snow and below freezing temperatures.
