Hold the root end of the garlic and rub across the textured part of the dish. Creates a fine paste. Add oil, parmesean and oregano for a beautiful appetizer and great conversation piece!
Created in my home studio in Melrose, MA using a pottery wheel. The earthenware clay is thrown into shape and then dried overnight. I then trim the pieces and sign each one on the bottom. Once dried a few more days they are fired in my electric kiln. Once cooled they are glazed using a variation of different glazes and then fired again.
Each one is unique and one of a kind. These make great gifts!
Top rack dishwasher safe, made using food safe/ lead free clay and glaze.
